Real estate companies provide several resources to their agents, including websites and other marketing resources. But these resources can limit an agent who wants to stand out and provide a better experience for their clients.
SOLUTION
We started with an entire branding overhaul that stayed within the required constraints, but differentiated from other agents. Research uncovered an opportunity for community-focused search, so we created an SVG-based search mechanism that tied into their IDX integration, and introduced 360 degree photographic virtual tours into their marketing.
RESULTS
Large websites like Zillow or Redfin can provide an overwhelming search experience. For local home buyers looking to purchase within a specific area or community, our SVG search functionality added to the new website provided a more localized search experience. In addition, our introduction of 360 degree virtual tours provided efficiency for both the home buyer and agent, and proved to be especially useful during COVID restrictions.
